Dean Flint, CEO
Mr. Flint is Chief Executive Officer of Action Resources, Inc. Prior to joining Action in 2007, he spent 14 years working for one of the largest Transportation and Logistics companies in the country, most recently as Vice President of Intermodal Operations. Mr. Flint has extensive experience in transportation ranging from maintenance to customer service/sales to operations. Mr. Flint received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy and a MBA from the University of Indiana. Mr. Flint also served in the U.S. Army as a platoon leader and Blackhawk helicopter pilot in Operation Desert Storm obtaining the rank of Captain.
Troy Prichett, CFO
Mr. Prichett is the Chief Financial Officer. He is a CPA and holds a masters in accountancy from the University of Alabama. Mr. Pritchett manages a staff of four controllers, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, as well as Internal and external financial reporting. He also works with preparation of annual budgets by terminal including capital expenditure budgets, Banking relations for line of credit, building financing and operating leases, and Financial analysis of acquisition candidates. Prior to joining our team he had experience as a public accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Mark Mudryk, VP/GM Transportation
Mr. Mudryk is The Vice President and General Manager at Action's trucking division. During his 10 years as the General Manager he has tripled the size of the division and added new operations in several states. Mr. Mudryk is an experienced professional with a successful career in management, hazardous waste transportation and administration who excels at interfacing with others at all levels to ensure organizational goals are attained. His excellent interpersonal skill, analytical skills, and ability to excel within highly competitive environments where leadership skills are the keys to success are as a result of more than 20 years of industry experience.
John Milledge, VP/GM Environmental
Mr. Milledge is the Vice President and General Manager at Action Environmental. Prior to starting Action Environmental he spent more than 15 years as an Environmental Scientist for Southern Natural Gas and Environmental Geologist for Bate Environmental. Mr. Milledge has extensive experience in large scale project management, environmental sciences and business management. He is the founder of Action environmental which was started in 1996. Mr. Milledge also has a Bachelor in Science in Natural Science from the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
Greg Calhoun, VP Director of Safety and HR
Mr. Calhoun is the Vice President of Human Resources and Safety. He's responsible for the human resources, safety, risk management and compliance functions; DOL, EEOC, DOT, OSHA, compliance; insurance programs and negotiation; compensation and benefit programs administration and development; worker's compensation; all required employee training programs; employee training and orientation; supervisor training; accident prevention; employee manuals, safety and health manuals; as well as policy and procedure development.
